White House to Address Petition to Deport Justin Bieber

Justin BieberOne of the most curious and interesting scandals in the celebrity world involves famous star Justin Bieber. The troubles that the Canadian-born singer got himself involved in made numerous Americans sign a petition that may bring the deportation of the young star.

Over 234,000 signatures were summed on the deportation request and it seems that people are still signing this petition that will bring in question the deportation of Justin Bieber.

Actually, there are only 100,000 signatures needed for the petition to be taken under consideration, but the number has been doubled and it still grows. Naturally, the White House needs to take under consideration this request. A rep for the White House already declared that they will issue a response soon.

Justin Bieber, who is 19 now, has managed to create a lot of headlines in the past few months. The singer has several times been arrested, allegations including alcohol and drug violations, but also an attack on his neighbor’s house in LA.

The petition We the People was initiated on January 23, when Bieber was arrested in Miami, this time with charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with expired license.

“We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture,” the petition says. “We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked,” it adds.

So, the people who signed this petition seem to believe that the singer is dangerous, destructive and drug abusing, which means that he is threatening safety.

Moreover, Bieber is a very bad influence for the young people in the United States, so deportation seems to be the only answer according to over 234,000 Americans. This means that the petition asks the White House to revoke Bieber’s green card and permanent resident status. Bieber currently lives in the US on a temporary work visa.

The arrests, vandalism charges, drug abuse and violence cases that seem to have involved Bieber determined Americans to believe that it would be better if the star would leave the country.

When will the White House take a decision in this case and what will be decided is yet to see. What Bieber has to say about so many Americans wanting him gone is also unknown.
