Tim McGraw definitely managed to create a series of headlines, as reports reveal that the famous singer has slapped a female fan during his concert on Sunday night. 

Apparently, Tim was caught slapping the fan on video. It seems that he was seen striking the female fan, after she slapped him twice, while the star was performing the song Truck Yeah, on the stage in Atlanta. Tim McGraw said that he actually slapped her instinctively, as he feared that the fan was going to rip his pants off. 

”Tim was singing out in the audience and someone firmly grabbed onto his leg and wouldn’t let go as he was moving through the crowd,” a spokesperson for the famous singer claimed. ”He instinctively swatted to try to keep them from ripping his jeans (which they succeeded at doing!), and so he could get to more fans who could slap hands with him before the end of the show,” the same spokesman added, TMZ reported. 

Well, if Tim slapped his fan under the instinct of the moment to make her let him go or not is something yet to be found out. Reports reveal that Tim has been dealing with addiction problems for quite some time now. The star actually recently opened up about his struggle to stay sober. He claimed that his problems with alcohol addiction have actually put him in danger of losing everything. 

“When your wife tells you it’s gone too far, that’s a big wake-up call. That, and realising you’re gonna lose everything you have. Not monetarily, not career-wise, but family-wise,” Tim previously said. Consequently, the star claimed that he realized that he has a problem and tried to get help for it. 

”It got to the point where my kids were getting older, and it was way past the point that they noticed it. And I noticed that they noticed,” Tim went on to explain. The singer added that “That’s enough to straighten you out… I drank too much. I partied too much. And did other things too much. Chemically. No needles or that kind of stuff, but… use your imagination.”
