Even though out classed by Weezy in the Lyricist of the Year category, Minaj managed to take home two awards as well: MVP of year and Made You Look. In doing so, she beat Minaj in both categories, taking her avenge for the previous losses.
Khalifa dodged the Made You Look category but still received two awards, one for Rookie of the Year and the other for Track of the Year with his “Black and Yellow” song. Khalifa is also nominated for the New Artist of the Year award for the 2011 American Music Awards.
