She might be doing great career wise, but her love life is not even half close to that success. Reports read that Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy broke up. Obviously there are two questions in line: why did they parted ways and will Taylor Swift write a song about breaking up with Conor?

The 22-year-old singer writes about the guys that broke her heart, but what about when she does it to a guy? Reports read that Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy called it quits, and chances are this time it’s going to be the guy suffering heartaches. Conor is only 18 years old and from the looks of it, he might have taken the whole Taylor Swift romance a bit too seriously.

So why did Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy break up? According to the Us Weekly report, Taylor Swift was just too busy to get involved more in the relationship. Insiders say they called it quits “a while ago” but “they’re fine”. “It was just a distance thing. No hard feelings” the source added.

The same source added that “it’s been over a month since” Taylor and Conor “seen each other”. “With her promotion for ‘Red’, she has no time off until the end of the year” the insider told Us Weekly.

Another report has Taylor Swift behind the break up too, but from a different reason. RadarOnline writes that it was Taylor Swift’s obsession with the Kennedy family that eventually ended things for her and Conor Kennedy.

“Taylor is obsessed with the Kennedys and was living out a fairytale with Connor” a source told RadarOnline. “But she was more obsessed with the idea of dating a Kennedy, than the actual Kennedy she was dating” the insider added.

And then there’s the Kennedy family disapproval of the relationship. Reports say that Taylor Swift tried her best to be respectful around Ethel Kennedy with whom she “is enthralled”. And Ethel was also thrilled with the idea of welcoming Swift into the family, but the rest of them weren’t that excited.
