T-Mobile USA Releases Its Variant Of iPhone 5

T-Mobile, the fourth carrier of mobile devices in the United States announced on Tuesday that they will soon start commercializing their variant of iPhone 5. The new model of Apple’s smartphone will be available across T-Mobile stores starting April 12, according to a recent report published by Reuters.

T-Mobile is making some changes to increase customers’ number once again. The mobile carrier will add iPhone 5 on its list of products at the beginning of April; a move which will be followed by several other new arrangements. The company further stated that they will bring a new platform on wireless business-installment to diversify the services they provide for their customers.

T-Mobile has already elaborated a plan to determine many more customers to order Apple’s handset from them. The American carrier will give buyers the opportunity to purchase the handset with a small fee upfront and a monthly sum paid with more “freedom”. The monthly fee is determined based on the upfront sum that customers pay at the purchase of the handset. The tag price of the iPhone 5 will be set to $99 across all T-Mobile stores.

The other carriers in the United States use a different payment method, but T-Mobile wants to attract as many customers as possible. AT&T and Verizon, for instance, require people to pay $199 up front if they want to get in possession of Apple’s smartphone. A 2-year contract must be signed in order for buyers to benefit of the smaller price tag.

iPhone 5 is not the only device available in T-Mobile; two of the most recent smartphones, HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 will also feature in their stores with the same payment method. Unlike iPhone 5 which will be available next month, HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 will be introduced in the second quarter of the year. This is good news for Apple which probably needs a head start on rivaling companies HTC and Samsung. The latter released two models of smartphones which are far better than iPhone 5 due to the 1080p display, the quad core processor from Qualcomm and the Jelly Bean operating system.
