Richardson To Join The Backstreet Boys On “GMA” Performance

The Backstreet Boys released a statement on Tuesday announcing that Richardson will join them during their “Good Morning America” performance. The concerts will be hosted in Central Park starting August 31st.

The Backstreet Boys haven’t produced any music material in a while, but this doesn’t mean that the musicians have separated. On the contrary, they have stayed close friends throughout the years. Moreover, the band will delight its fans with its upcoming concerts, especially now that all the members are back.

The future performances could sound even better as Richardson confirmed that he will reunite with his bandmates during this summer’s “Good Morning America” concert. He has left the Backstreet Boys in 2006, but has, nevertheless, made occasional appearances with them since then. Last April, the band communicated that Richardson has decided to make a permanent comeback to the team, so now Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Richardson are back in the original formula.

There are many future projects that the band has to take care of. First of all, they have to perform during the concert series organized by “Good Morning America”. Fans will be able to watch their show live if they happen to be in Central Park on August 31st.

In addition, the Backstreet Boys are now working with their producer Martin Terefe in his London studio to produce their future materials. They plan to release a new album next spring in order to celebrate the band’s 20th anniversary. None of the band members has mentioned anything about the new album, so we can’t say whether it will contain new hits or a collection of old singles.
