In recent interviews, Justin Bieber was praising himself with his ability to keep his cool and have tight control of himself. According to TMZ, a photographer complains Justin Bieber roughed him up.

While some media reports write about Justin Bieber paying $6.5 million for a home in Calabasas, others announce that concert tickets for the star’s concerts can be purchased on SuperbTicketsOnline. While most of the media was dealing with such mundane stories, TMZ scooped quite big news. That is if the report is true.

While in Calabasas, teenage star Justin Bieber became “a suspect in a criminal battery…law enforcement sources tell TMZ”. According to the report a photographer was roughed up by Bieber after he tried to get a shot of the star. The photographer, or paparazzo if you wish, made a complaint with the police saying the star became violent.

The photographer complained to the police of some pain to his chest and even called an ambulance to take him to the hospital. Apparently he was examined and released shortly after that. As TMZ later updated its story, it looks like the photographer took advice from a lawyer that saw the altercation and told him he could score a lot of money if he made a complaint with the police and get a physical examination.

Witnesses told TMZ that the photographer was standing in front of Bieber’s car. The star asked him to move, and when he didn’t apparently a sort of scuffle occurred.

At the moment no official statements have been made by Bieber’s spokespersons. However, many media sources are advising people to call detectives and Crime Stoppers if they see Justin Bieber. Seems like a bit too much hassle, don’t you think?

Anyway, given Justin Bieber’s recent comments in his interview with GQ, if the photographer’s complaints prove to be accurate, the star might be into a hairy situation. The teen star told the magazine: “I mean, I keep my guard up a lot, because you know, you can’t trust anyone in this business. That’s what’s sad. You can’t trust anybody. I learned the hard way”.

However, like many stars today in their early 20s, it’s likely Justin Bieber would start living his life on his own terms. Just look at Lindsay Lohan and now Miley Cyrus. Both were Disney princess and now they’re blooming as controversial women.
