Although she has been busy making plans for her wedding, Miley Cyrus found time to work, as well. According to Hollywood Life, the singer finally released the new sexy song called “Morning Sun” after a one-year collaboration with Rock Mafia.
Miley Cyrus began working with Rock Mafia a year ago. Parts of their new single, “Morning Sun” were leaked on the Internet last summer, so the project was temporarily dropped. On Wednesday, however, Miley and Rock Mafia released the entire version of the song which is three minutes and forty seconds long.
The video for the single was not yet produced and we sincerely hope we don’t have to wait one more year before we could get a glimpse of the clip. Although they have very different styles, Rock Mafia and Cyrus seem to make a good team. “Morning Sun” is a sexy and energetic summer song that will most likely make a hit. The voices of the two artists intertwine with the chill vibe turning the song into a fast, dance-y track.
“Morning Sun” is just another project proving that Miley Cyrus has grown up and overcome the Hanna Montana period. The artist seems to be heading towards a tougher style, so we should expect to see many more similar collaborations in the future.
This is not the first time Miley joined forces with Rock Mafia. The album that Cyrus released a year ago was almost entirely produced by Rock Mafia. As a consequence, the 19-year-old singer agreed to feature in Rock Mafia’s “The Big Bang” video in order to thank them for their help. The video and the album were highly appreciated by the public, so the artists set the grounds for their new collaboration.
The song was included on Rock Mafia’s album “Mixtape Vol. 1” which was released for free on the Internet. You can listen to the official studio version of the song by clicking on the link below.
