Microsoft has released the new Lumia 950

There are approximately two years since Microsoft has released a new phone. Many customers have waited for the giant company to release a new device, especially after they have released Windows 10, an operating system that works on PCs, tablets or phones.

Probably, many people are looking for a device that comes with a simple and clean interface, and Windows 10 has the power to offer that. Moreover, everybody is curious to find out if Windows 10 will have what it needs to compete with giants such as iOS and Android. Well, that time has come, because Microsoft has released their new phone, called Lumia 950 and which runs Windows 10.

For starters, the new Microsoft Lumia 950 comes with a decent hardware, but probably not that inspired, especially when it comes to the Continuum feature. As for display, this one is incredible, offering a good view especially for those who want to read outdoors.

As any other Microsoft or Nokia devices, this new model also comes with a plastic construction, which is fine, offering a good feeling. As for first impression, probably customers will like the idea that Microsoft is still coming with a removable battery and a microSD card slot. The Cortana voice assistant is present on this device and many voices are claiming that is better than Apple’s Siri.

However, the bad thing about this device is that Windows 10 hasn’t fixed enough past problems, like access to limitless apps or mobile payments. This is a huge disappointment, especially for those who have hoped for more features from Windows 10. Probably, many customers will say that this new phones costs too much for what it has to offer. However, all these problems will probably be fixed with an update, but we don’t know when this will happen.

So, the new Microsoft Lumia 950 comes at the price of 550 dollars, which is probably a little bit expensive considering that Samsung’s and Apple’s flagship phones are in the same price range. Under the hood, customers will find a six-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expand to 200GB.
