Megan Fox and her husband Brian Austin Green are very happy, as the celebrity couple just welcomed their second child together.
Actually, TMZ found that Megan give birth on February 12, at Cedars Sinai, in Los Angeles. The couple have a beautiful baby boy. And it seems that the two have already chosen a name for the newest addition to their family: Bodhi Ransom Green.
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green wedded back in June 2010, after getting engaged in 2006. The happy couple already have a one year old son, Noah. Brian has another child from a previous relationship, as well, his son Kassius being 11 years old now.
So, if for their first child, the couple chose a Biblical name, it seems that for their new baby, Megan and Brian found their inspiration in Buddhism. Bodhi means enlightenment and awakened. Actually, the word is commonly used as a synonymous for the state of nirvana.
The name Bodhi is not new among celebrities. Actually, this is the name that Amy Brenneman chose for her son, too. And this is the least uncommon name that celebrities have given to their children. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West choose the name North West for their daughter, while Nicholas Cage named his son Kal-El.
Megan Fox decided to share the happy pregnancy news in August, when the actress and her husband announced that they will become parents for the second time. A rep for the couple claimed back then that Megan and her husband were extremely excited to expect their second child.
When talking about her pregnancy, Megan claimed that it hasn’t been a simple time for her. Back in November the star said that the first trimesters have actually been very rough, but she added that after the second trimester, she will most likely feel much better.
Both the mom and the baby boy are doing fine now. Until this moment, Megan Fox made no official statement to confirm the birth of her baby.
In previous interviews, Megan Fox said that she wanted at least two, “probably three” children.
