Despite the massive fight she recently had with her mom, Dina, Lindsay Lohan still has time for politics. In a change of mind, Lindsay Lohan told reporters she will vote Mitt Romney for President, just because unemployment is a big issue right now.
The 26-year-old actress has been going through a rough patch over the past few weeks. Ever since “crazy” Amanda Bynes made the headlines, Lindsay Lohan’s life seems to have taken a turn for the worse. But besides the turmoil in her family, Lindsay Lohan is a conscious star and current with the presidential campaign. Lindsay Lohan knows who will get her vote and it’s Mitt Romney.
Back in August, the main question going around was how could women vote for Mitt Romney. Since then, Selma Blair, Stacey Dash and now Lindsay Lohan have decided Mitt Romney should be president. Interesting enough, four years ago Lindsay Lohan was thrilled Obama won the elections but the unemployment issue is urgent enough to make her change her mind.
Thursday night at the Mr. Pink Ginseng Drink Launch Party, reporters asked Lindsay Lohan who’s the presidential candidate she will endorse. “I think unemployment is very important for now, so as of now I think is Mitt Romney” Lindsay Lohan answered, without adding any other useful explanation.
“It’s a long story, but you’re going to have to wait for that” Lindsay Lohan cryptically told reporters. Then she added that she would have liked to watch the Paul Ryan and Joe Biden debate, but for some reason she just couldn’t do it.
Lindsay Lohan has been having an on-and-off relationship with politics, but her change of heart to vote for Mitt Romney might have happened recently. Just last month, Lindsay Lohan sent President Obama a tweet asking he shoult cut taxes for those “listed on Forbes as ‘millionaires’”.
It was Lindsay Lohan’s reply to Barack Obama’s tweet saying he had “cut taxes for those whoe need it: middle-class families, small businesses”. So, we take it the President campaign team ignored Lindsay Lohan’s plea?
Then again, Lindsay Lohan has a lot on her plate these days. She recently had a massive fight with her mom and called her dad saying Dina Lohan was on cocaine and acting like devil. Looks like the apparent Lohan family serenity is over.
