LG Volt, perfect for small budgets

Nowadays, many budget smartphones are starting to appear on the market, being available for 250 dollars or even less. All these devices are trying to deliver some satisfying features with cutting costs and the amount of functionality. The new LG Volt has been released and is available without a contract at the price of only 100 dollars.

When buying this product, users will have LTE connectivity and great battery life. However, they will also have some limitations, like a low-resolution display and middling cameras. To be mentioned that customers who are in search for a product to impress their friends, playing the latest games or taking some great photos, LG Volt, is not the right device.

Being a budget phone, of course this device cannot be compared with some high-end smartphones, being aimed for small budgets and for customers who are not willing to spend a big amount of money on a device. Even if the LG Volt is not an extraordinary product, it has a LTE connectivity and a long battery life, which helps it offer a satisfying experience for people on tight budgets.

This phone comes with a 4.7-inch display, oval home button placed on the front and is flanked by capacitive back and menu buttons. Users will find the volume controls on the right side and the lock button is placed on the left. The headphone jack and infrared emitter is situated up top and the stereo speakers and Micro-USB charging port live on the bottom.

To be also mentioned that the screen comes with a 960×540-pixel resolution, meaning that it will not offer a HD experience or some impressive images. However, the display is good, even if the viewing angles are not very wide, but colors are consistent and clear. It has a density of 234 pixels per inch, meaning that the Web pages and text messages look kind of crispy.

The new LG Volt is powered by Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, which is kind of bummer, because users will not have the opportunity to enjoy the latest version of the Google Now, Chrome and Mail app that Android 5.0 Lollipop offers. This phone is also packed with 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon, 8GB of storage, 1GB of Ram and 3,000mAh removable battery. To be mentioned that the phone’s memory can be expanded up to 32GB of extra storage.
