According to several reports, “Glee” star Lea Michele and her beau, Theo Stockman, call it quits. The sources say it is not a dramatic break-up, as they both agreed this was the best for both of them and remain friends, Access Hollywood reports.
On September 19, E! online was the first to announce, officially, that Lea Michelle and Broadway actor Theo Stockman have decided to go their separate ways and see other people. A representative for the Glee star has confirmed the rumors that were going on for weeks. And according to the rep, it was not a “dramatic breakup, the relationship just ran its course”. And, as in the majority of cases, they remain good friends.
Michele, 25, and Stockman, 26, were dating for a couple of years. They were last spotted together in July of this year, when they took a vacation in the exotic islands of Hawaii. The couple did not keep a high profile, on the contrary. They started dating in November 2009, but they went public for the first time in May 2010 at the Time 100 Most Influential People gala in New York City. Since then, they barely went out in public together.
Theo Stockman is not only an actor, but also a singer and a DJ. However, he is best known for the roles played in the Broadway musicals: American Idiot, Hair, etc. He also had guest appearances in “30 rock” and “Cupid”. He will make future appearances in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Private Practice, and MTV”s reality show “I Want My Pants Black”.
Lea Michele was present at the Emmy Awards red carpet event by herself. And after that, she attended the FOX post-award party solo, as well. There, she spent most of her time with “Glee” co-star, Amber Riley.
