For the past few weeks, Kristen Stewart kept out of public’s eye after news about her cheating with Rupert Sanders went viral. However, back to her promotional duties, Kristen Stewart told “Twilight” fans she and Robert Pattinson are fine making public appearances together.
Since pictures of her and Rupert Sanders smooching made it on the covers of the nation’s most popular magazines, not to mention the online media, Kristen Stewart became a paria. She kept away from public appearances and went into hiding for weeks in a row. For the first time since the cheating scandal, Kristen Stewart made a red-carpet appearance and talked about her and Robert Pattinson.
On Saturday, at the Toronto International Film Festival, Kristen Stewart showed up. She tried to be bold and confident, calm and cold with the media when it came about the recent cheating scandal and her relationship with Robert Pattinson. She talked with The Associated Press about her new movie “On the Road” and the upcoming promotional campaigns for the “Twilight” saga finale.
“I was a little nervous, obviously. I’m always nervous before a red carpet” Kristen Stewart confessed about her first public appearance since she admitted to the affair with Rupert Sanders. “To be honest, I was just kind of telling myself, like, just don’t black out. Be there, don’t just figuratively put your head down and barrel through it. Be there, appreciate it. Luckily, very, very much I was able to do that” Kristen Stewart confessed.
November will be challenging, both for Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Down – Part 2” will premiere soon and Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will be forced to get into their movie parts as wife and husband. Fans are worried the “Twilight” saga charm has ended when Kristen Stewart cheated on Robert Pattinson.
And while everybody is expecting a lot of awkward public appearances and obviously uncomfortable questions, Kristen Stewart seems confident everything’s going to be just fine. “We’re going to be fine. We’re totally fine” Kristen Stewart told The Associated Press when asked about the upcoming promotional appearance she and Robert Pattinson will have to undertake.
