Johnny Depp could soon abandon his acting career for a musical one. The 49-year-old actor teamed up with the rock band Aerosmith to pull off an amazing show on Monday evening, says the Rolling Stone.
Johnny Depp is no stranger to music. The actor has proved people that he has what it takes to be a rock star during Aerosmith’s concert in Los Angeles. He joined Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler on stage and improvised new sounds on his electric guitar to the delight of the audience.
The talented star of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” did not stay on stage for too long. He only interpreted two songs during Monday’s performance, but those were enough for the crowd to go ecstatic. “Stop Messin’ Around” and “Come Together” were the singles that Depp knew by heart and was able to interpret for his Los Angeles fans.
Performing with the members of Aerosmith is not something new for Johnny Depp. He also teamed up with Steven Tyler during his performance at the Hollywood Bowl this year. The crowd was equally pleased by Depp’s appearances, another reason to believe that the actor could make it big in the music industry.
Among the bands that Depp sang with is also Alice Cooper. Their most recent on stage performance took place several days ago, but the friendship between the actor and the band started in 2011. Back then, Depp made an unexpected appearance on stage during Alice Cooper’s performance and everyone was shocked to see how perfect the Hollywood star was for the musical group.
Johnny Depp’s career is not the only one that is undergoing changes. The actor recently separated from his partner of 14 years, Vanessa Paradis after getting romantically involved with his “Rum Diary” co-star Amber Heard. Depp and Paradis have two children together, Lily-Rose, 13, and John Christopher, 10.
