Joan Rivers is Getting Better

Apparently, famous comedian Joan Rivers is starting to feel much better. The famous comedian was taken out of medically induced coma, latest reports indicate. 

Some sources revealed that the star has shown great signs of improvement and although the progress will be slow, this is a very important thing. Melissa Rivers remains close to her mom throught this hard time. Luckily, the popular actress is showing signs of recovery. 

Joan Rivers has remained in Mount Sinai Hospital for five days following the cardiac and respiratory arrest she experienced during a routine visit to her doctor’s office. “It’s a slow process, but she’s on the road to recovery,” a source claimed according to E! News. The same source explained that the star is “getting better. Don’t believe all this ridiculous speculation.”

“She is a rock,” the same source added about Joan’s daughter. Melissa has been extremely affected with everything that has happened, but the star is doing extremely well now. “She is calmer than I’ve ever seen her … She is her mother’s daughter and she’s tough as nails. She’s the person keeping everyone together,” the source said. 

Melissa rushed to the hospital, flying from across the country, immediately after hearing about the unfortunate news. The star has been there with her mom ever since that moment. Melissa has decided to keep privacy on how her mom was doing, so the star claimed that “we are keeping our fingers crossed,” without revealing any other details. 

Despite the report from E! News which indicates that Joan Rivers is doing better now, TMZ claimed that the star still is on life support and she is “completely reliant” on machines to stay alive. 

Fans of Fashion Police should know that producers decided to cancel the show this week, waiting for Joan and Melissa to return in front of the camera. Filming has been suspended for now, the cast waiting for the star to get better. Co-stars expressed their support for the comedian in these hard time and asked fans to pray for Joan Rivers. New details on the condition of Joan Rivers are expected soon.
