Jennie Garth Is Skinny And Happy

Earlier this year, the former “Beverly Hills 90210” star and her husband Peter Facinelli called it quits. Months later, Jennie Garth looks skinny and happy and started dating again after her 16-year romance with Peter Facinelli ended.

From the looks of it Jennie Garth made it through the rough patch of the last few months. Earlier this year, her love life took a turn for the worse after she split from Peter Facinelli, her husband. But just three months later, Jennie Garth looks confident and sources say she is happier than ever before.

Going through a divorce is challenging, even when it comes to celebrities. But Jennie Garth took control of her life and made sure she kept healthy through the emotional hurdle. Dr. Eric Braveman told Us Weekly Jennie Garth looks like she lost 20 pounds in the last three months and sources say she felt like it was time to get back in shape.

“When you get say, you either overeat or you become really healthy” one of Jennie Garth’s friends explained for Us Magazine. “Jennie’s taking care of herself – she’s taken control of her situation” the insider added.

And whatever she’s been doing, it worked incredibly well. A source told Us Jennie Garth’s waist size is now 25. “She did a lot of outdoor activities: running, hiking and riding her horses” a source revealed. But Jennie Garth lost all that weight by intensely hitting the gym too.

“We don’t use machines here. It’s all free weights” said Shannon Stewart, co-owner of Cold Iron Barbell gym where Jennie Garth goes three times a week. “We like to do circuits: She’d push over a tractor tire, then do push-ups, then jump rope, do deadlifts and run for a bit” Stewart added.

The mother of three also told Us Magazine earlier this week her secret to losing weight is taking care of herself. “Eating less, exercising more, drinking a lot of coconut water” are among Jennie Garth’s lifestyle changes that helped her drop 20 pounds.

“I eat a lot of Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt in the morning, salads and proteins the rest of the day and maybe a cupcake if I’ve been a good girl” said Jennie Garth of her weight losing diet. “I don’t believe in depriving yourself of things you want” she added.
