Jack Osbourne and his fiancée, Lisa Stelly, announced the arrival of their much-awaited baby girl, Pearl. The news was confirmed by the couple’s reps, who spoke with reporters at Us Weekly and let them know how the young parents are feeling.

Jack Osbourne might have had a rough adolescence, but he is willing to leave all that behind and focus on his newborn baby girl, Pearl Osbourne. The youngest member of the rock family was born on Tuesday and, according to her parents’ declarations, the baby girl weighed 8 lbs. and 6 oz. at birth.

Pearl was wholeheartedly welcomed by all the members of the Osbourne family who were very anxious to see the baby girl. Jack’s mom, Sharon and sister, Kelly, confessed that they hardly waited to see Pearl. They further added that they think Jack will be a good father, even though he will most likely impose firm rules in the house.

Kelly Osbourne will be just as attentive with the child as her brother. She was incredibly proud to become an auntie and she even told reporters that she will do anything to spoil Pearl. In fact, the “Fashion Police” host plans to get the most comprehensive baby wardrobe for her niece.

The 26-year-old star warned her brother that Pearl is going to be the best dressed baby in Hollywood because she will take care of her. Jack won’t have to buy anything because Kelly will make sure to provide all the clothes that the baby needs. With a fashion guru like that, it shouldn’t surprise us if young Pearl shows up one day wearing garish dresses and dyes her hair different shades of purple.

Jack Osbourne, 25, and his fiancée announced their engagement in September, last year. They had been dating for four months when they realized that they were made for each other. The couple confirmed that they were expecting their first child two weeks after the engagement was made official.
