Heidi Klum shocked everyone on Thursday when she decided to reveal an unrecognizable photo of herself at the age of 19. The pic was posted on her Twitter account and it marked the first modeling shoot of the Victoria’s Secret angel.

Heidi Klum is one of the best paid models at present, partly because she has an astonishing body and partly because she took part in various other television projects besides modeling. However, few people remember how the model used to look at the very beginning of her career, so Heidi posted a picture on her Twitter account.

The blonde bombshell was not so blonde back then; she was actually a brunette. There is, however, one thing which remains the same despite the years that have gone by: Klum is just as beautiful now as she used to be during her first modeling shoot. The mother of four was dressed with a white prom dress and was sitting on what appeared to be a bed filled with dolls and stuffed animals.

The 38-year-old model made a comment on her photo saying that the picture was made in 1992 at one of her first photo shoots. She further added that the image displays her original hair color.

Heidi Klum, who is now the host of the German “Project Runway”, started her modeling career after winning a national contest in 1992. She was one of the 25,000 contestants that took part in the competition called “Model 92” and she was declared the most beautiful participant. Due to this competition, Klum received a contract offer from Thomas Zeumer, CEP of Metropolitan Models New York and ever since then, she continued to climb up the fashion ladder until she became the successful woman we know today.

Heidi Klum seems to have recovered after her recent divorce from husband Seal. The model declared in an interview for Elle Magazine that she will “go further” with her life after the divorce. Klum and her ex-husband, singer Seal, have four children together: Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.
