Film director Guy Ritchie is a dad again, TV Guide announces. According to two British publications, The Sun and the Mirror, his baby was delivered through a C-section on Monday. And it’s a boy!

The ex-husband of music icon Madonna, movie director Guy Ritchie, is a father for the third time.  He and girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley have become parents of a beautiful baby boy, who was delivered through a cesarean section on Monday, at 11 a.m., in London. According to UK’s The Sun , the delivery was actually done through an emergency C-section. But both the mother and the baby are fine and are still at Portland Hospital, where the delivery took place.  According to Hello Magazine, the baby boy rushed into the world a few days before the due date.

The Mirror informs that immediately after the birth of his son, Ritchie called ex-wife Madonna. The singer sent Ainsley and the baby a bouquet of flowers.

Guy Ritchie,43, and model Jacqui Ainsley,29, have been dating for over a year now. They met at a dinner party in 2009, where they were both invited by a mutual friend. In 2008, Madonna announced she and Ritchie were breaking-up. Their divorce was finalized the same year in November. Following the divorce, Ritchie kept his private life away from the public’s eye.

The couple Ritchie – Ainsley first went public in June of last year, when they attended a charity event together.  But their first date was four months earlier, in March 2010, when the director invited the British model to his pub. Looking back, Ainsley says that they “laughed all evening” and spent a “relaxed and enjoyable” time together. In late summer of 2010 she was seen spending time together with Ritchie and Madonna’s two sons, Rocco and David and by New Year’s Eve, she was moving in with her beau into his Marylebone home.

The couple first announced the baby news in March 2011.
