Sources have confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that Emily Maynard will be the host of the next “Bachelorette” season. Producers worry that the show might be too boring because the Southern single mom has no major drawback. However, there are those who claim that Emily is sexy and sweet enough to attract numerous viewers next season.

Emily Maynard was one of the ladies who appeared on one of “The Bachelor” seasons. As a matter of fact, Brad Womack proposed to Emily, but she rejected him and thus, she ended up being the next “Bachelorette”.

The production of the show will move to Charlotte, N.C because Emily doesn’t want to be away from her daughter, Ricki. Emily’s story is all the more emotional because the single mom found out she was pregnant after Ricki’s father died in a plane crash in 2004. She was only 18 years old when the incident took place and she decided to keep the baby.

Although producers are the only ones who can determine how the show will be, in the end, we think Emily will make a few changes, as well. We have already seen this in “The Bachelor” when the sweet Southern mom declared that she was determined to find a good example for her daughter. This might be, in fact, the major guideline that producers could use for the selection of their next contestants.

Viewers are curious to see how the shy mom will navigate through the show’s standard hot-tub dates or how she will handle the affectionate scenes of the pre-rose ceremony cocktail party. Will producers make any changes to the show to adapt to Emily’s requests? We’ll see about that.

All we know so far is that Bentley Williams, the actor who interprets the villain from the Herbert’s season has declared himself interested in wooing the sexy blonde. Williams is not at all the type of guy that Maynard would like her daughter to meet, but the producers will decide whether to take him on the show or not.
