“With great movie roles, come great needs” is the motto that most celebrities observe when it comes to their personal lives. This is probably why the terrifying famous wrestler, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson decided to sell his already too small home in Hidden Hills, California for $4.9 million.

Johnson was coopted for various movie roles this year. His recent production “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” was supposed to be released this summer, but producers thought Dwayne’s muscles were not scary enough in 2D, so they postponed the movie until 2013 when it will come out as 3D. In addition, “The Rock” worked with actor Mark Wahlberg and director Michael Bay for the production of the movie “Pain and Gain”.

Given his recent career development, Johnson thought it was time to make a change in his private life, as well. As a consequence, the actor hired a specialized company to sell its 9,120 square foot Californian estate. The buyer is an unnamed businessman who will use the six bedrooms and seven baths of the house from now on. The spacious residence is located in a peaceful area surrounded by mountains, therefore, the vista is perfect from every room.

The new owner of the estate was very pleased to see that the house was endowed with a two-story gallery entry and a huge movie theater. One might never guess it, but Johnson is a passionate cook, as well, which is why he decorated his mansion with a sleek gourmet kitchen.

Dwayne has been recently spotted in Mark Wahlberg’s company. The two were on the set of the movie “Pain and Gain”, a dark comedy/action film about two bodybuilders in Florida.
