Denise Richards is determined to leave the past behind and give her ex-husband a second chance. According to Celebuzz, the actress and her new partner, Bon Jovi guitarist, Richie Sambora ended their relationship because of Charlie Sheen.
Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen spent a lot of time together as they were filming for FX’s new sitcom, “Anger Management”. The two managed to overcome all their past misunderstandings and a new spark seems to have jumped between them. Sheen stated in an interview with Rolling Stone that he is still physically attracted to his ex-wife.
As soon as Denise read Charlie’s declaration, her relationship with Bon Jovi guitarist, Richie Sambora started to fall apart. The two got into a massive fight moments before Sambora was supposed to honor a winner at the CMT Awards. The singer was so angry that he immediately left the hotel and took the first flight to Los Angeles. He refused to make the presentation at the Nashville event, whereas The “Wild Things” star showed up alone on the Red Carpet.
According to insiders, the fighting between Richards and Sambora was so bad and loud that the employees at the Hermitage Hotel received complaints about the noise. They all stated that Sambora was yelling from the top of his lungs and most of the things that he was saying were obscenities. Judging by the reproaches he made to the actress, Sambora was upset that Denise was spending too much time with her former husband. He told her at the end of the argument that the relationship was over.
An insider confirmed that the two have agreed to separate. The two have been romantically involved before, but Sambora went to rehab for alcoholism in June 2007. They decided to give it another try last year when Denise and Richie went on a vacation in Hawaii with her three daughters and his 14-year-old girl, Ava, with actress Heather Locklear.
Denise Richards seems to enjoy on again and off again relationships as sources claim she and Charlie Sheen are up for reconciliation. He admitted during the Rolling Stone interview that he still wants to get intimate with his ex-wife. Denise, too, stated that Charlie Sheen is her “confidant” and they share everything with each other.
