According to a recent report published on TMZ, Demi Moore was hospitalized on Monday night. The actress is now seeking treatment for ‘exhaustion’ and ‘overall health”. Moore received medical assistance from paramedics who transported her to the hospital.

Medics told the press that a 911 call was made at approximately 10:45 p.m. from the actress’ residence. When paramedics showed up the 49-year-old actress needed to be assisted for almost 30 minutes before she recovered.

Reporters managed to talk to the doctors. The latter declared that the actress is currently following a treatment for substance abuse. This news was denied by the representative of the “Margin Call” star who told the press that Demi Moore is very stressed because of the divorce and she needs medical assistance to get over her exhaustion. This therapy will enable Moore to improve her overall health condition. For the moment, she is looking forward to get well and she is grateful for all the support she received from her family and friends.

Demi Moore is clearly going through a bad period and this is something most people in Hollywood have noticed in the past few months. She was severely criticized for the anorexic look she displayed on one of her public appearances last year. Bad mouths say that the drastic loss of weight was caused by her separation with actor Ashton Kutcher.

After repeated scenes of infidelity on Kutcher’s side, Demi Moore decided to file for divorce in November. The actress declared back then that she has certain values and she will stick to them. These principles would help her get on with her life, Moore further stated. 

Everybody thought Moore managed to get over the divorce, especially since she was recently seen partying with her daughter Rumer Willis at Beacher’s Madhouse in Hollywood. She was also co-opted for a Linda Lovelace project in which she was supposed to interpret Gloria Steinem. Unfortunately, we will not be able to see Demi Moore in the project because her spokesperson announced that the actress will no longer be working at the movie.
