Dan Bilzerian Criticised for Las Vegas Shooting Video

Dan Bilzerian has been dealing with some criticism because of his reactions during the Las Vegas shooting that occurred last week. The massacre led to the death of 58 people and the injury of more than 500 others. Bilzerian shared a video of himself running away from the scene after hearing gunshots. The shooting occurred during a country music festival on October 1.

In the video shared by Bilzerian online, he is seen running and screaming. “Holy f**k this girl just got shot in the f***ing head!” he said as he was running. Then, Bilzerian is seen in his car. “Stupid a** me didn’t bring a gun,” he said. Of course, he was criticised for running away instead of helping people who were being killed on the scene. One of the people who criticised Bilzerian was Dakota Meyer.

“This is why children shouldn’t classify heroes by their followers or their photos,” Meyer said in response to Bilzerian’s video. “@danbilzerian this is what kills me about people like you. Always playing ‘operator dress up’ and so so tough when the cameras are on. A woman just got shot in the head and you are running away filming that’s not what operators do. Please stop trying to be someone your not,” Meyer added.

“People are dying, you’re running away not helping them and pretending it’s worthy of a video is disgusting,” Meyer also said. Of course, the comments were not appreciated by Bilzerian, who immediately responded to the allegations.

“So I wake up this morning and the news is talking s**t saying some Marine was saying that I was a p***y for running away and that I should have stood my ground when the guy was shooting at me with a machine gun. So, I mean if we follow that retard’s logic we’d probably have 600 dead if everyone stood their ground instead of running for cover,” Bilzerian said.

And to support his claims that he didn’t actually run away from the scene, Bilzerian also shared another video showing him running toward the hotel and asking a police officer for a gun. “No, get the f**k away from me right now,” the police officer screamed at him. “I don’t care. I don’t know who the f**k you are. You know better than that,” the same officer added.
