Charlize Theron met Us Weekly reporters while promoting her most recent movie “Snow White and the Huntsman” in London. Speaking about celebrating her first Mother’s Day with her recently adopted boy, the actress revealed that she and Jackson were meant to be together.

Charlize Theron has become a mom for the first time in March, but she has already forgotten how her life used to be before she adopted Jackson. Although she was afraid that she might not be able to deal with her new responsibilities, the actress realized that motherhood is exactly what she wished for. The fact that she and her son, Jackson, get along so well makes Theron think that adopting was the right thing to do.

This Mother’s Day was special for the 36-year-old star because she celebrated her mom, but also, herself. Given that her recent movie “Snow White and the Huntsman” will be launched soon, Charlize had to travel overseas this weekend spending her first Mother’s Day in London. Luckily, Theron was accompanied by her mom and her son, so she didn’t have to sacrifice her time with them in order to promote the movie.

Charlize Theron ended her nine-year relationship with Stuart Townsend in 2010, but she doesn’t feel sorry for the way things have turned out in the end. She told reporters that she is glad she was able to adopt and that she can raise her child on her own.

Both Jackson and Charlize have accommodated with each other and the bond between them seems to be stronger than ever. The actress stated that she is already head over heels for her boy and her love seems to be growing every day. Just when she thinks it couldn’t be possible for her to love Jackson more, Theron realizes that her love for the child knows no limits.
