Carly Rae Jepsen Is Dating A New Man

After singing her love for a mysterious man in all her songs, Carly Rae Jepsen has started dating a new man, according to a recent US Weekly report. The singer’s relationship with the man who inspired “Call Me Maybe” lasted for almost a year, but her busy schedule made them realize that they were not made for each other.

Carly Rae Jepsen may be a newcomer in the music industry, but she quickly proved everyone that she is one of the most talented singers. The singer confessed that her song “Call Me Maybe”, like many other singles she has written in the past year, has been inspired by her partner, Jordi Ashworth. Despite all the romance, Jepsen and her boyfriend decided to put an end to their one-year relationship this summer.

Carly never talked much about her former lover. She only stated in a previous interview that he was studying to become an architect, but that he was taking some time off to help the singer start her musical career. Unfortunately, their relationship didn’t last and Jepsen was recently seen in company of musician Matthew Koma. The two showed up together at Jepsen’s performance at Summer MixTape Festival in Hershey, Pennsylvania on August 18. They looked very romantically involved, so the press couldn’t help but ask what had happened to Jordi.

Jepsen’s reps told the press that the singer has put an end to her one-year relationship that ironically made her successful. Carly’s recent success made it almost impossible for her to lead a normal life with the architecture student. The two had very busy schedules, so they barely managed to see each other. In the end, they decided that it was best for them to separate. It was an amicable decision as the former lovers will continue to remain friends.
