Black Panther Party Offers Bounty In The Trayvon Martin Case

It may come as a surprise but there still are people around looking for justice the Wild West style. Black Panther Party is an organization of the revolutionary left that remained active throughout the United States. The overall focus that the Trayvon Martin case has been getting has caught the eye of the Black Panther Party which is offering a bounty for the shooter George Zimmerman.

Representatives of the Black Panther Party say that their involvement is a way to force the United States to do its job, even though Trayvon Martin’s father argued the separatist group shouldn’t get involved. Mikhail Muhammad with the Black Panther Party stated this Monday: “We’re here to make them do their job. We will support Trayvon’s family, but we are military”.

The party also had plans to have about 5,000 people working to arrest the shooter with calm and “no vigilante justice”. However, the city of Sanford worried the plan “may result in criminal charges or unnecessary violence”.

Over the weekend, the Black Panther Party published a poster putting George Zimmerman up for a bounty and giving people a monetary incentive to make a citizen’s arrest. The party is offering a $10,000 reward for the capture of Zimmerman, the man who has shot and killed Trayvon Martin, the 17 year old unarmed teenager in late February.

On Saturday, Mikhail Muhammad said Zimmerman “should be fearful for his life. You can’t keep killing black children” and stated the party’s justice policy: “an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth”.

Earlier Monday, Trayvon’s father made a statement regarding Black Panther Party’s bounty as well as their justice policy of “eye for an eye”. Tracy Martin said: “We’re not asking for an eye for an eye. We’re asking for justice, justice, justice”.

Meanwhile, as the Black Panther Party was getting media coverage, one of its leaders, Hashim Nzinga, was arrested over possession of firearm charges by a convicted felon. According to CNN, Hashim Nzinga is the chief of staff in the party and data from the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office that made the arrest pointed out he was carrying a FN Herstal 5.7 x 28 hand gun.

  1. Oh please oh please oh please. Black people please start rioting. Please take to the streets. Please start the race war. I just got 2,000 rounds of 9mm delivered and I want to use it on you so bad.

  2. FT you’re ignorant and just as wrong as the Black Panther party that is promoting violence. You’re secretly or publicly a George Zimmerman yourself and should be careful about what you THINK you may do with that 9mm.

  3. “Wanted Dead” is a statement soliciting homicide, i.e. murder, for they do not have the authority to call for anyone to be captured, i.e. kidnapped, or murdered.

Section 777.04(2), Florida Statutes: A person who solicits another to commit an offense prohibited by law and in the course of such solicitation commands, encourages, hires, or requests another person to engage in specific conduct which would constitute such offense or an attempt to commit such offense commits the offense of criminal solicitation, ranked for purposes of sentencing as provided in subsection (4).

We keep talking about Obama and Eric Holder and ask why aren’t they doing anything about this, but what about the Florida Governor, the Florida Attorney General, the Florida State Attorney for the circuit in which this crime was committed, and the FDLE? What are they doing about this? This crime was committed on Florida soil and Florida has jurisdiction to prosecute this case.

  4. One day you will have the same fate as all the people your ancestors killed and murdered. That debt was never paid,i hope im alive long enough to see it.That dumb cracka with 9mm….Wow please pu..y you wont do s*@t…really tough online huh? LOL……

  5. You know I’m gonna offend more than a few ppl but here’s my two cents. I’m sorry to see another child die especially at the hands of another person. I send my sympathies to his family. When it comes to the race being brought up yet again I just can’t believe ppl. They say they want race to stop being an issue well stop making it a freaking issue!!
The man killed the boy and that’s all there is to it. He needs to be held responsible for his actions. What good is any of the recognition for Trayvons murder gonna do if it only leads to more violence because of the race being brought up constantly? I am just so tired of it all.

  6. I think it is silly that any non-military organization (i.e. KKK or New Black Panthers) members wear military-style clothing complete with patches and “rank” emblems…Gosh, how childish?
