Angelina Jolie has always been very dedicated to her acting career. The star of Unbroken was actually so dedicated to her project that she did not even have time to eat during filming. 

These revelations were made by Angelina’s co-star who revealed that the actress got really thin while filming her movie, claiming that she was not eating much. Miyavi said that Angelina was extremely focused on her direction. The entire team was impressed with Angelina’s dedication for this project and they were also thankful to the star for her help. 

Unbroken also stars Gerrett Hedlund, Jack O’Connell and Finn Wittrock. All the stars of the new movie revealed that they felt honored to work with Angelina, revealing that she did an amazing job on the movie. Unbroken actually is the second directorial project for Angelina Jolie. 

“Everybody had done their individual research on who their characters were, and we all had an immense amount of respect for them,” said Hedlund. “What we could find and bring to the table would have the potential of being added in either improvisationally, or we’d make something out of a moment that was just sort of sitting, eating rice.”

Moreover, Hedlund claimed that Angelina does such a great job as a director because she is an actress, too. As an actress she loves to watch actors, find solutions and make the entire project better. Moreover, the cast of the movie revealed that thanks to Jolie’s attitude and determination, everyone was able to work great for this movie. 

Miyavi revealed that Angelina “was extremely collaborative and sort of inspired the whole time.” “I think because she’s an actress she loves watching the actors kind of get a little mental and sort of cram and trial and error and figure things out. And I think it makes her smile.” 

“She was our leader. She was also very collaborative and very curious about what you had to bring and it’s like, ‘Let’s figure it out together.’ That said, she does have a real vision for the movie,” Wittrock claimed. 

It has been claimed that Jolie even received some advices from her famous husband, Brad Pitt. Pitt got involved in the filming of the movie, offering advice to the star of the movie, Jack O’Connell. Well, it surely seems that everyone has loved Angelina and the way she worked at this movie. This surely makes the project much more interesting.
