It seems that Amanda Bynes finally admitted what is wrong with her. The famous actress said that she is suffering from bipolar disorder.
Apparently, Amanda made all these statements in a series of Tweets posted on Tuesday morning. The famous actress admitted her diagnosis, saying that she is suffering from both bipolar disorder and manic depression.
“I was diagnosed bi – polar and manic depressive so I’m on medication and I’m seeing my psychologist and pyshchiatrist [sic] weekly so I’m fine,” the Twitter posts said.
However, this is not all that Amanda shared online. The star also tweeted about her parents. The mom of the 28 year old actress received temporary conservatorship and control over the star’s financial decisions. Naturally, Amanda was not very happy with this court decision.
“I need to get an apartment and my parents won’t give me access to any of my funds,” Amanda went on to reveal. “I’m not living with my parents … I’m not legally obligated to,” she added. The actress also claimed that she will remain committed to her treatment, as her lawyer told her that in case she does so, she has great chances of having the conservatorship removed.
However, soon after the Twitter posts, Amanda claimed that she was not the person who published them. The star said that someone else might have tweeted from her phone. “I was at a friends apartment last night and one of my friends tweeted my phone,” she wrote, adding, “sorry guys!”
If what Amanda’s claims are true or not is something yet to be found out. However, having under consideration that Amanda has had a bizarre behavior in various occasions so far, the Tweets might have been written by her after all.
Amanda underwent treatment in a psychiatric facility, but was released last week. The star never accepted the treatment and claimed that there is no reason to undergo it. The treatment came after Amanda got herself involved in a series of bizarre situations. She was arrested for DUI and caught shoplifting. She also shared a series of messages on Twitter, claiming that her father abused her.
