There are only a few names that make politicians dread their attention. Conservative activist Andrew Breitbart was without a doubt among those. Age 43, Andrew Breitbart passed away leaving behind achievements that will inspire generations to come.
Many know Andrew Breitbart thanks to the website that carries his name or the project BigGovernment.com, yetmost likely the media remembers him for the constant online attacks at politicians such as U.S. Republican Anthony.
Late on Wednesday, Andrew Breitbart passed away at only 43 years old. According to his father in law, actor Orson Bean, the activist collapsed on the sidewalk close to his Los Angeles home. “He collapsed on the sidewalk and the paramedics were there very quickly and they couldn’t revive him”, Orson Bean told Reuters. A neighbor saw Andrew Breitbart collapsing and alerted the authorities.
The Times wrote that Andrew “Breitbart was rushed to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center about midnight, where he was pronounced dead of natural causes”. According to Ed Winter, spokesman for the Los Angeles Department of Coroner, at 12:19 a.m. early Thursday Andrew Breitbart was pronounced dead. The autopsy has been scheduled for Friday.
On his websites it reads: “With a terrible feeling of pain and loss we announce the passing of Andrew Breitbart. We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior”. The statement also read that Breitbart death was “unexpectedly from natural causes”.
As family and friends say, it seems that Andrew Breitbart had some heart problems. Although there aren’t enough data yet to rule that Andrew Breitbart’s death was caused by his history of heart problems, it goes without saying that heart disorders will come into focus once again.
Dr. Lawrence Phillips, cardiologist and assistant professor of medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center, told ABC News that “people who have had heart disease are at a higher risk of having further heart disease” and added that despite not being able to fully stop it, “we can decrease the odds”.
Breitbart was only 43. At this age there are thousands of adults being at risk of heart problems caused by anything from high blood pressure to smoking and diabetes.
