The British brand Vertu has released these days their new luxury smartphone, called Signature Touch. Even if the competition on the smartphone market is on fire, this new phone will definitely stand out on the market, due to its huge price.
The new Vertu Signature Touch phone comes at the price of 10,000 dollars, which is huge. Why does it cost so much? Well, for starters, the new phone is built from luxury materials, like a Titanium body, lizard or alligator skin and it’s screen is made from a solid 130-carat sapphire. Customers will have to decide if they need this on a smartphone.
However, not only the design stands apart, because inside Signature Touch phone also hides something amazing. Users will find an octa-core processor, 21-megapixel, 4K-capable camera and the display has a full HD resolution. The new Vertu Signature Touch phone will be available globally starting with mid-October.
Its design is not too different from the original design that could found on the Vertu phone, meaning that on the front of the phone, users will find the famous angular V-shape. The leather located on the back on the phone curves around the bottom edge to meet the display situated on the front. Moreover, the leather feels pretty comfortable in hand and it gives the feeling of a premium watch, which it definitely is.
The titanium body feels pretty amazing and extremely secure in hand and the combination with the leather on the back will offer users the feeling that they are in a luxury car. However, this design will probably not be seen on any other smartphone. As it was already mentioned, the screen is built from solid sapphire crystal, which is highly resistant to scratch or any other incidents. Around the sides, users will find the volume and power buttons, a Micro-USB port and a 3.5mm headphone. The back isn’t removable, but owners can use titanium flaps to introduce the SIM card or the microSD card.
The 5.2-inch display features 1,920×1,080-pixel resolution, which is more than sufficient to enjoy full HD videos.
