Tyga Still Owes Money

If everyone thought that Tyga’s financial issues were over with the star paying his former landlord almost half a million dollars, they were wrong. Now it seems that another landlord is also demanding some money back. So, Tyga has just been ordered to pay $186,000 to a second landlord who accused him of leaving hazardous environmental waste before ending his tenancy.

The new dispute involves F&S Investment Properties, which sued Tyga back in March, 2016. The landlord accused the singer of damaging a Los Angeles home which Tyga actually rented to run his business Egypt Last Kings Clothing. People magazine reported that according to the landlord, Tyga decided to abandon “the premises without notice.” This happened in June, 2015.

The lawsuit said that the landlord found the house is deplorable conditions, “in gross disrepair, utility bills unpaid, and hazardous environmental waste that required a professional clean-up.” And apparently, the landlord was right, as a court has just ruled in his favour. The court ordered Tyga to pay no less than $186,275 in damages to his former landlord.

Tyga definitely had to pay a lot of money in the most recent period of time. In a lawsuit settled a few weeks ago, another former landlord, Gholamreza Rezai, asked $480,000 in damages and unpaid rent from the rapper. The case was settled, but not much was revealed regarding the settlement. “There has been a settlement reached to the mutual satisfaction of the parties, the terms of which are confidential,” an official statement said.

And this may not be all. So, if Tyga will be paying the amount allegedly owed to this second landlord, his problems with debt will not be ending. The star is known to still owe about $270,000 to a jeweler, who claimed that the debt actually dates back to 2012. The jeweler also plans on suing Tyga to get the money back. This means that new legal risks could follow for the star. Tyga has not commented on these latest claims, so it is yet to see what the rapper has to say and how these cases will be solved.
