Tiger Woods Opens Up about his Regrets

Famous golfer Tiger Woods has decided to talk about his regrets during a recent interview. And it seems that the popular golfer implied quite a curious thing. He left the impression that he does not regret at all cheating on his former wife, Elin Nordegren.

So, during his interview, the star was asked what would be the one thing he would change in his life if he could. The famous golfer claimed that actually the only thing that he regrets is not staying at Stanford for one more year. Woods made the claim during an interview with Charlie Rose. “The only regret I have in life is not spending another year at Stanford [University],” he said. “I wish I would’ve had one more year.”

“That’s the only regret? Of all the things that happened to you?” the host asked him. Woods admitted that his divorce was pretty bad, but still confirmed that not staying for one more year at Stanford was the only regret of his life. “All the things I’ve been through, yes. They’ve been tough, but they’ve been great for me,” the star said. “But I wish I would’ve gone one more year at Standford,” he went on to add.

This does not mean that things have been easy. Woods revealed that one of the most difficult parts was explaining the divorce to the children. “I’ve said, ‘everybody makes mistakes, and the reason why mommy’s living in her house and daddy’s living in his house is because daddy made mistakes, and it’s okay.'” So, the star also admitted that he made some mistakes.

And the children are also the reason why Woods and his former wife get along so well. So, after everything that happened and despite the scandal, Elin and Tiger Woods are still friends. “We have Sam and we have Charlie. And we love them so much that we are going to whatever it takes to make that work. That’s how it happened,” Woods explained.

He went on to add that he can talk to Elin about anything and they “communicate so much better now.”
