Taylor Swift managed to impress everyone with her decision to sing to a cancer patient. The beautiful singer showed once again that she really cares for her fans.
Taylor visited the 7 year old boy, Jordan Nickerson, in a Boston hospital. The star made him happy, singing and dancing with him. The singer made a huge surprise to the patient who wanted to meet her more than anything else. She actually made much better the day of this little boy, who spent an amazing time with her.
Taylor found out that Jordan loves her song We Are Never Getting Back Together, so this is exactly what she sang for him. Jordan was so impressed. He kept telling that singer how great she is. After singing together, Taylor and Jordan enjoyed some air hockey. Unfortunately, after that the star had to leave, while Jordan had to undergo a chemo round.
Jordan Nickerson was unfortunately born with the rare genetic disorder Williams Syndrome. He was diagnosed with this condition when he was only 9 months old. The young boy was also diagnosed with Leukemia, condition that he was found to suffer from last month. Taylor Swift has always shown to be very interested in the wishes of her fans and this weekend made absolutely no exception.
The fact that Taylor took some of her time to visit Jordan and make him happy for a few moments is something that should definitely be appreciated. “I love singing songs for people, but I want to sing a song for you more than all the other people,” Taylor told Jordan.
“I like to play with Play-Doh and I like to talk about Spider-Man, I don’t know about you. Do you like Spider-Man?,” Taylor also said to her new friend. Jordan was wearing a Spider Man t-shirt, so it seems that he is a fan of the super-hero. So, Taylor also talked to her young fan about Spider-Man and the two seemed to enjoy each other’s company.
Unfortunately, Taylor’s visit could not help Jordan’s illness, as the Facebook page devoted to his fight indicated that the young boy was taken into the operating room for a lumbar puncture.
