Sony launched these days its latest tablet, called Sony Xperia Z4. This new tablet comes with a powerful and skinny 10-inch display that is also waterproof. Not to be confused with the Xperia Z4 smartphone, this tablet is probably one of the best Android tablets on the market.
For customers the best reason to buy an Android gadget is that the system allows them to tweak the device as they want. Unfortunately, on Windows and iOS devices, users are a little limited. Coming with colorful and some interesting customization features, this tablet takes full advantage of Android’s flexibility.
Sony Xperia Z4 offers the possibility to organize the app tray layout. Moreover, when someone plugs in the headphones, Z4 will launch immediately the Spotify app. So, the big difference between Z4 and other tablets is its customization opportunities. Sony Xperia Z4 comes with a great and modern design, accompanied by a razor-sharp HD screen. To be mentioned that it is available at the price of 499 dollars, and it is currently on sale only in the UK.
The company has not declared the availability or the pricing in Australia or in the US. However, US customers can find the tablet on Amazon, the Wi-Fi-only model, at the price of 699 dollars. If they will opt for the package that also includes a keyboard which can be attached to the tablet, the cost will be 759 dollars.
Sony Xperia Z4 is probably one of the lightest and thinnest tablets on the market. This feature is an incredible step forward for a 10-inch tablet. It also comes with rounded corners and slightly curved edges, which will help the user hold it more comfortable in the hand. The smooth plastic back also has a subtly texture finish that offers a nice feeling.
On the top edge, users will find the headphone jack and next to it are located the SIM and microSD card slots. On the right edge is the Micro-USB port and on the left edge the volume rocker and the power button. However, one of the best features of this tablet is its waterproof build. The tablet can be submerged up to 1.5m underwater.
