He wrote a lyric from Beyonce’s hit, “Single Ladies”: “If you like it, then you better put a ring on it!”. Approximately one hour later, Cobb posted her own message on Twitter, as a response to Faison’s: “If she likes it, then she better say YES!”
Friends of the couple immediately started posting messages of congratulations. Among them, actor Zach Braff, the Scrubs co-star, said “Just wish I was there to run around you both with sparklers.”
Jessica Simpson did not forget her former assistant in the reality shows and her “best friend forever”. She posted a photo of Cobb’s engagement ring and added her own congrats message: “Congratulations, CaCee! I love you and your man”, she added.
Donald Faison, 37, has become known to the public by starring in “Clueless”, but gained more popularity with the role in “Scrubs”. He has four children already: three with his ex wife, Lisa Askey and a son from a previous relationship.
His fiancée, CaCee Cobb first appeared on the small screen in 2004, when she worked with singer-actress-fashion icon Jessica Simpson during “The Newly Weds” reality show, in 2004.
