It seems that Satya Nadella just wanted to make sure that all the employees of the famous company know how he sees the future of Microsoft. The CEO of the company sent employees a 3,187-word memo detailing all aspects of his vision.
Nadella plans some changes at Microsoft, as his memo indicates. He is actually looking for a complete shake-up on how the popular company operates. “Nothing is off the table in how we think about shifting our culture … Organizations will change. Mergers and acquisitions will occur. Job responsibilities will evolve. New partnerships will be formed,” Nadella said through his memo.
“Tired traditions will be questioned. Our priorities will be adjusted. New skills will be built. New ideas will be heard. New hires will be made. Processes will be simplified,” the same memo added. And that is not all. Nadella addresses to employees saying that if they “want to thrive at Microsoft and make a world impact, you and your team must add numerous more changes to this list that you will be enthusiastic about driving.”
It seems that what Nadella wants is enhanced productivity within the company. Nadella wants his employees to be determined to do more for Microsoft, while the image of the firm changes. The CEO of Microsoft said that he desires this company to be more than a “devices and services” provider. What Microsoft wants is to release products that people will want to use in both their personal and professional lives.
Nadella also says that customers count most. They need the best experience possible when using the products released by Microsoft. This includes both the highest quality services and the best technology on the market.
As the goal that Microsoft has set for itself is quite big, it is yet to find out if the famous company will be able to achieve everything it has listed in its plans. When starting his message for employees, Satya Nadella thanked everyone for all their efforts and their contribution to the famous company. The CEO of Microsoft claimed to be very proud of all these achievements.
