Salma Hayek definitely enjoys a great success in her acting career. The beautiful star has recently opened up about her work and personal life during an interview with Allure Magazine. The actress also posed topless for the pictorial.
Salma claimed that the decision to go topless was actually influenced by the photographer who took the pictures. “I got to work with the wonderful Patrick Demarchelier, and he always tries to do the minimum clothes possible,” she claimed. The 48-year old star looked really beautiful, almost showing no wrinkles and being in a perfect body shape.
Well, Salma claimed that going topless has not been extremely easy, saying that she was actually “very nervous” and uncomfortable, at least at the beginning. Still, the star revealed that she was happy with the way the photos finally looked. Moreover, Salma said that overall she thought that she looked really nice, and not vulgar. And she definitely was right.
While talking to the magazine, Salma said that she actually regrets dating some people she dated throughout the years, but she finally met the perfect man. “I wish I knew [when I was younger] that I was going to fall crazy in love with the perfect man,” the famous actress explained. “I was so worried, and I dated some people I shouldn’t have dated.”
Salma also went to admit something that few women would. The star claimed that she was fearing that she would never find the perfect man, so she dated the wrong guys. “You get desperate, and you start seeing wonderful things in, like, the wrong guys. I also found some pretty good guys. But I wish I could say to myself, ‘Hey, chill out. You’re going to get a great husband that’s going to adore you.’ I would have saved myself a lot of personal drama,” she revealed.
Salma claimed that she doesn’t like to be away from her family, this is why she never spends more than two weeks without seeing her husband or her daughter. Moreover, the actress revealed that she found it hard to return to work after welcoming her baby daughter. However, she finally got the support of her husband, who convinced her.
“‘I don’t want to be deprived of your work. I want to watch it, too. And the world has not seen the best of you yet. So you cannot stop until some of that is put out.’ So he sort of really pushed me, like, ‘Get up on your feet and get out there.’ And he was right,” Salma said.
