Ever since Robin Thicke and his wife separated, the star seemed very much willing to make this relationship work once again. Most recently, the star made another public apology to his wife, showing how sorry he really is.
The separation of Robin Thicke and his wife Paula Patton has first been announced in February. Back then, it has been said that the two decided that breaking up was the best thing for them. However, it seems that despite this separation, Robin still loves his wife. He just showed it while being on stage.
The 37 years old singer took the stage on Sunday, at the BET Awards, where he debuted a song from his newest album. The upcoming album is in fact named “Paula,” so we can only imagine that the singer wanted to dedicate this to his former wife. With every occasion he got so far, Robin has shown to be determined to get back together with Paula, although it seems that his former wife is not that convinced that they can make things work once again.
The song that was performed by Robin at the BET Awards was Forever Love. The song is a new track included on the most recent album released by the singer. The star left no place for interpretations and said that “I’d like to dedicate this song to my wife.” He went on to reveal that he just wanted to “say, ‘I miss you, and I’m sorry.'”
This is not the first time when Robin seems to be much determined in making his relationship with Paula work. Back in February, the star said that he is trying to get his lady back. Moreover, he has been dedicating many of his songs and performances to his former wife.
The former couple announced their separation earlier this year. The split was announced through and an official statement which revealed that the two have mutually decided to part ways. The former celebrity couple have a 3 year old son together. If they will be able to make this relationship work once again is something we are going to find out soon. However, until now no official statements have been made by Paula.
