Before, I did everything to get

Joey id just like to say thank you so so much for making this affordable for us women.

I am currently at 1 week of training and already can see how toned my body is becoming. I am a slim 26 year old female who is incredibly active and detox regularly with a very good diet containing mostly vegetables, fruits and water. However i have always struggled with cellulite and nothing i have done in the past such as dry brushing, juice detoxing, exercising has helped. I pray to God that this will be my answer finally.

Cant wait to see what the next month or so brings. How long can i expect to see the cellulite going away

Hi Joey,
This is a great clip. I loved it. I have your program and have doing it for 4 months and can definitely see results. My question is that exercise #2 and #3 the women did with you on the show are not exactly included in my video version.

There is a squat, but no instruction to do it on your toes, and a lung forward move only, not the back and forth. Is there an updated routine I need to download. Thank you in advance!
