Famous actress Renee Zellweger decided to change her look in a dramatic way. In fact, the star’s latest red carpet appearance shocked, as she actually looked like a whole different person. The actress now decided to talk about this look change.
“I’m glad folks think I look different! I’m living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I’m thrilled that perhaps it shows,” the talented actress claimed according to People. The actress claimed that she felt the need to talk about this change, having under consideration the huge Internet buzz.
“My friends say that I look peaceful. I am healthy,” Renee explained. “For a long time I wasn’t doing such a good job with that. I took on a schedule that is not realistically sustainable and didn’t allow for taking care of myself,” the popular actress continued. “Rather than stopping to recalibrate, I kept running until I was depleted and made bad choices about how to conceal the exhaustion. I was aware of the chaos and finally chose different things,” she concluded.
The truth is that Renee Zellweger looked absolutely unrecognizable when being spotted on the red carpet. She attended the 2014 Elle Women in Hollywood Awards, on Monday night, in Los Angeles. After being spotted on the red carpet, rumors emerged saying that the star underwent a series of plastic surgeries, which led to this dramatic change in her appearance.
While some claimed that the star is suffering from a mid-age crisis and she is desperate to maintain her youth, others say that she actually looks great. The star was very elegant and worn a stylish outfit during her appearance.
Renee Zellweger is well known for her roles in Jerry Maguire and Bridget Jones. She attended the event alongside her boyfriend Doyle Bramhall. In the past few years, the actress has remained out of the spotlight, her last movie appearance dating back to 2010. The star went on to explain that people don’t know her in her 40s, maybe this is why they were so shocked. She claimed that she prefers a quiet life now. The actress is set to star in two movies in 2015.
“I did work that allows for being still, making a home, loving someone, learning new things, growing as a creative person and finally growing into myself,” the actress concluded.
