Microsoft will launch the new Lumia 950 in November

Microsoft has announced that it will launch the new Lumia 950 earlier in November. With this new release, Microsoft will also launch a new feature that will probably be adopted by many other brands.

This is a new way to unlock the phone, meaning that instead of using their fingerprints, users will just look at the device.

With the release of Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL, Microsoft will also bring their new Windows 10 on this market. Besides the biometric Iris-scanning, the new Microsoft phone will also come with some new interesting features.

For starters, the new phone will come with a big and sharp display, a cutting-edge USB Type-C charging port, faster processor, microSD card slot for extra storage and a removable battery.

Moreover, the new Microsoft Lumia 950 will home a 20-megapixel camera and the ability to use apps that are originally made for tablets or laptops. This means that users will have the opportunity to continue their work on the smartphone right after they left off the laptop or tablet.

Even if Microsoft has filled the market with midrange Lumia phones, the company has also decided to launch a high-end flagship phone. It has been more than a year since it did that. Even if iOS and Android phones are dominating the market, the friendly and simple Windows phone has a lot to prove to their customers to gain some respect and attraction.

To be mentioned that Lumia 950 and 950 XL are mostly sharing the same specs, even if the XL version comes with a larger screen and battery. Despite the fact the most of the flagship phones are made of aluminum materials, Lumia 950 is made of plastic. This means that it doesn’t feel or look like a premium phone, but it feels pretty comfortable in hand.

This phone comes with a 5.2-inch AMOLED screen, 2,560×1,440-pixel resolution, six-core Snapdragon 808 processor and 32GB of internal storage, which can go up to 200GB via microSD. Moreover, it has a 20-megapixel PureView camera, 5-megapixel shooter and 4K video capture. In the end, Lumia 950 homes a 3,000mAh removable battery. This phone will be released in November and its starting price will be 549 dollars.
