The death of famous star Paul Walker was, without a doubt, a very difficult moment for fans from all over the world. However, the tragedy also marked his friends and work colleagues. One of those people is Michelle Rodrigues, who recently claimed that she actually “went crazy a little bit” after the death of the famous actor. The star also claimed that she grief by having sex and traveling before changing her perception about life.
“I was pushing myself to feel,” the actress claimed. “Went pretty crazy. A lot of the stuff I did last year I would never do had I been in my right mind,” she explained. “I was pushing myself to feel,” the actress went on to add. “I felt like nothing I could do could make me feel alive, so I just kept pushing myself harder and harder. I was traveling and I was having sex. And I was just trying to ignore everything that I was feeling.”
The special bound between Michelle and Paul was actually given by the fact that the two were the same deep down, the actress said. “I could see Paul once every two years and just know there was another human on the plant who’s deep like me, who loves like that.” Michelle went on to add that with Paul Walker’s death that was gone and she started posing questions with regard to the nature of life itself, asking herself “Why am I f***ing here? And, like, why’d you leave without me?”
Still, one day she “just woke up [one morning] with a profound respect for living.” “I stood tall one day and I said, ‘You know what, Michelle? Stop f***ing hiding. Go manifest.’ And all of a sudden, I picked myself up and started hustling,” Michelle revealed.
Michelle Rodriguez made these revelations now, as the star along with Paul’s very good friend Vin Diesel had to finish filming for Furious 7 without Paul Walker. Furious 7 is set to hit US theaters on April 3, this year. The movie already premiered at the SXSW Film Festival, while the cast members and the entire crowd paid tribute to Paul Walker.
