Famous singer Lady Gaga has decided to open up about her chronic pain with the main purpose to help other people who may be dealing with a similar condition. The popular singer has shared a photo of her shoulder while she was receiving medical treatment on the spot. The pic was shared by Gaga on one of her social media pages.
Of course, along with the picture, the star also shared a message. “Having a frustrating day with chronic pain, but I find myself feeling so blessed to have such strong intelligent female doctors,” Gaga shared. “I think about Joanne too and her strength and the day gets a little easier,” Gaga added. The singer was referring to her aunt, who actually served as inspiration for Gaga’s latest album, Joanne.
As expected, Gaga has numerus followers on social media, so there is no wonder that many people reacted to the post and sent Gaga a series of messages. And Gaga wanted to share with everyone what she felt when viewing the responses.
“I was so overwhelmed by the empathy, confessions & personal stories of chronic pain in response to my previous post I thought what the hell. Maybe I should just share some of my personal remedies I’ve acquired over the past five years. Everyone’s body and condition is different U should consult w ure Dr. but what the heck here we go!” Gaga shared. Gaga recommended her fans infrared sauna and revealed that she invested in her own infrared sauna.
Gaga claimed that she combines this with marley silver emergency blankets after which she takes either a very cold bath or uses ice packs. “Hope this helps some of you, it helps me to keep doing my passion, job and the things I love even on days when I feel like I can’t get out of bed,” the star added. “Love you and thank you for all your positive messages,” she ended her post.
The fact that Gaga has been dealing with chronic pain is no secret. The star had to postpone some of her concerts back in 2013 to be able to address this issue. But, Gaga seems to be doing well now, so it surely seems that these treatments have helped her.
