Kristin Cavallari denies her supposed relationship with Scott Disick on “The Billy Bush Show” on Wednesday. She believes that the story between her and Kourtney Kardashian’s babies’ father was invented in order to “take the heat off” Kim, who is in the middle of a divorce scandal.
“I just think, what convenient timing for them with their show premiering next week and with everything that’s going on for Kim [Kardashian],” to invent this hook-up that never took place, Cavallari claimed on The Billy Bush Show this Wednesday. The story first appeared in the “In Style” magazine, sustaining that they had an affair several years ago. “It’s 100 percent not true”, Cavallari argues. She also added that she feels it was very disrespectful to her, as she was not given the chance to speak her mind on the matter. She is positive that the Kardashian clan was called and was questioned about the supposed relationship and they did not deny it. “It’s disrespectful to me and Jay [Cutler] and I think it just says a lot about their character”, she told Billy Bush.
On the other hand Life & Style magazine says, through a representative, that both parts were contacted and asked to comment on the rumors and that the magazine stands behind the report 100 percent.
A person close to the Kardashians says that there was no reason for the family to sustain a pure fantasy story, as they did not need publicity. According to the insider, the claims were “absurd”.
Cavallari backs her original statement, that she was not romantically involved with the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s babies. She adds that even though her again-boyfriend, Jay Cutler, does not believe those rumors, she is really mad about the matter. “Everyone says don’t worry about it, something like this, it really makes me mad.”
