Kim Kardashian and her new hubby, Kris Humphries got married again, in front of a large audience, with Ellen DeGeneres officiating the ceremony. The couple renewed their vows in an odd and funny way, as “minister” DeGeneres pronounces them husband and wife for the second time.
Ellen DeGeneres come-up with the wildest ideas for her show. So on Wednesday, she decided she felt left out by Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, as she wasn’t among the guests to their wedding, and invited them in the studio of her show, Ellen. This time, she would have a crucial role in the event.
“We are gathered here today because we are the only 300 people who weren’t invited to Kim and Kris’ wedding” said Ellen and with this, the ceremony started. She mentioned that all right were reserved to E! Television Productions.” She then looked at Kris and Kim and said that it was time for them to renew their vows, as it has been already five weeks since their wedding and in the lives of reality TV stars, that was already a long time. “We’ve made it”, quipped Kris.
Both Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries participated in the comic ceremony, trying to correctly repeat after DeGeneres the most unusual and hilarious wedding vows. Kris promised his “wife and television co-star” to “honor, love and keep up” with her and, of course, to buy her a copy of Ellen DeGeneres’ latest book, “Seriously, I’m Kidding”. At her turn, Kim promised vowed to put her husband “at least above Kourtney but below Khloe”.
The newlyweds exchanged rings once again and then, DeGeneres, invested with “the authority given to [her] by Ryan Seacrest”, pronounced them husband and wife for the second time. The ceremony lasted about three minutes , but was one of the funniest in the history of television broadcasted weddings.
