Kit Harington is without a doubt enjoying a lot of success since the new season of famous television series Game of Thrones has started. Definitely, everyone wanted to find out if Jon Snow has survived season 5 and the character played by Kit Harington will continue to be featured in the popular series.
Well, the faith of Jon Snow has been revealed in the second and third episodes of the series, but to be able to find out what happened after Snow was stabbed at the end of the fifth seasons, fans had to wait for no less than a year. Kit Harington recently revealed that he had to lie to everyone about what was going to happen to Jon Snow and try to convince all fans that he was dead, in order to be able to keep the secret.
Kit told his close ones, including his parents and his girlfriend, but the star also seems to have told a complete stranger: a police officer. Actually, Kit revealed that he managed to escape a speeding ticket after getting pulled over by a police officer. Luckily for the Game of Thrones actor, the police officer turned out to be a huge fan of the HBO series, so he let Kit go after he revealed to the cop the faith of his character.
“I was driving back from my parent’s house, and I was driving too fast actually. I was being a bit naughty. I was going over the speed limit, and I feel the sirens go off behind me,” the actor explained. “And he said, ‘Look, there’s two ways we can do this: You can either follow me back to the police station now and I book you in, or you can tell me whether you live in the next season,'” he went on to say.
Kit claimed that he started to laugh at hearing what the police officer asked him, but the man was very serious. “I have to tell you, whether I take you into the police station depends on what your answer is,” Kit revealed. “I looked at him, and went, ‘I’m alive next season’,” Kit went on to say. “He goes, ‘On your way Lord Commander. Keep the speed down this far south of the Wall.”
