Almost immediately after Bruce Jenner’s interview aired, Kim Kardashian opened up about the transition of her step-father to becoming a woman. Kim claimed that the entire family is trying to deal with the change. “I think there is still an adjustment and there’s, you know, family therapy,” Kim claimed in an interview with Today. “And we’re really close,” she added.
“I see reports that say, you know, ‘This one doesn’t support him,’ and, ‘This one’s over here,’ and my mom, ‘feels this way.’ And it’s all really so made up. We all really support him,” Kim went on to explain. Of course, her statements came in response to the numerous rumors indicating that the Jenner-Kardashian family is having a hard time dealing with the change that Bruce is going through.
“Is it hard adjustment? Yes,” Kim also admitted. Maybe, Kim decided to talk about her stepfather so quickly after his interview revealing publicly for the first time that he was transitioning to become a woman, as Bruce said during this talk that Kim actually was the “first one of the girls” who knew his secret. Allegedly, Kim caught Bruce as he was wearing a dress. Kim became his biggest supporter, with the help of Kanye West, who Bruce claimed that actually had an important contribution in making Kim better understand everything that he was going through.
Allegedly, Kanye explained to Kim that it doesn’t really matter that you have everything, when you cannot be true to yourself. And this was the case for Bruce, who revealed that he always felt to be a woman.
Following Bruce’s interview, Kim also took to social media to show her support. “Love is the courage to live the truest, best version of yourself. Bruce is love. I love you Bruce. #ProudDaughter,” Kim Kardashian shared on Twitter. “Your honesty has opened the doors for others to be courageous and live an authentic life! #respect #hero #family.”
Other members of the family, including Kris, also took to social media to show their support. Without a doubt, more about this story will be soon revealed.
