Famous actress Kaley Cuoco and former tennis player Ryan Sweeting have finalized their divorce. The divorce papers were finalized on May 6, so it seems that Kaley and Ryan are officially single now. The formerly married couple decided to put an end to their union after no less than 21 months of marriage.
So, Kaley and Ryan filed for divorce in September 2015, after being married for almost two years. The two stars had a prenuptial agreement before ending their marriage, so there were absolutely no issues in finalizing their separation. However, it seems that Kaley decided to assist her former husband financially in some ways.
It seems that Kaley decided to pay for all the legal fees associated to the divorce, so this means that she will be paying $50,000 in fees for her former husband. The prenuptial agreement indicated that they were to divide all these costs between them, but it seems that Kaley wanted to pay for everything.
Furthermore, Ryan will receive temporary spousal support in the amount of $165,000. Ryan made the request to receive spousal support after Kaley filed the legal papers. Spousal support will be paid by November, 2016. Well, when it comes to joint properties, it seems that the former couple’s houses in Port Hueneme and Tarzana will be owned by Kaley. So, the actress also got something after the divorce.
Kaley Cuoco seems to have been doing great following the split from Ryan. Actually, she has been dating Karl Cook, as the two were several times spotted together. Kaley and Karl were also seen kissing at one point. The actress has not talked about the romance, but the fact that she has moved on quickly from her marriage is no secret.
During a previous interview, Kaley said that the divorce did not change the way she sees love. “[What happened] changes the way I look at marriage, and that makes me sad,” Kaley said. “It does not change the way that I look at love. I cannot wait to be in love again. I don’t feel like I am ready yet … which is so different for me. I dive into everything,” she concluded.
